01 / Scope

About this policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Android application ONE Private Asset Vault (the “App”), package name com.one.privatevault, provided by Souhail Doukkar (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

It explains what information the current version of the App handles, where that information is kept, and the choices available to you.

02 / Information handled

Information you enter

The App lets you create and organize private records about assets. Depending on how you use it, those records may include:

  • asset names and categories;
  • purchase prices, estimated values, currencies, and dates;
  • countries or locations, descriptions, notes, and other asset details;
  • locally generated membership presentation details;
  • security preferences, including your PIN and screenshot-protection setting.

The current version does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise location, photos, or payment-card details.

The App contains no developer-operated advertising, remote analytics, crash-reporting, or tracking service. Calls to its internal analytics interface do not transmit or retain events in the current release.

03 / Local storage & security

Your vault stays on your device

Asset records and preferences are stored in the App’s private storage area on your Android device. The App does not provide cloud synchronization or a developer-operated backend.

Your PIN is stored using Android encrypted preferences. The App can also use Android’s secure-window flag to reduce screenshots and screen recording while screenshot protection is enabled. These measures reduce common risks but no software or device can be guaranteed completely secure.

Android backup and data-extraction support are disabled for the App. Your device, operating system, or services outside the App may nevertheless process information independently under their own settings and policies.

04 / Collection, transmission & sharing

No vault data is sent to us

The App does not request internet permission. We therefore do not receive, collect, sell, rent, or share the contents of your vault through the App.

If you voluntarily contact us for support, we will receive the information you choose to include in that communication. We will use it only to respond to your request, maintain support records where necessary, protect our legal rights, and meet applicable legal obligations. Do not include confidential asset details in a support message unless they are necessary.

05 / Google Play

Purchase and distribution

The App is offered as a one-time paid download through Google Play. Google processes the purchase, licensing, installation, updates, refunds, and related store activity under Google’s own terms and privacy policy. The App does not receive or store your full payment-card information.

Google may provide developers with store and transaction reporting through Play Console. Information handled directly by Google is governed by Google’s policies, not by this policy.

06 / Retention & deletion

You control local records

Your vault records remain on your device until you delete individual records, clear the App’s storage through Android settings, or uninstall the App. Clearing storage or uninstalling the App permanently removes its local vault data from that device. Because the App has no account or cloud vault, we cannot access or restore that data for you.

Support communications sent to us may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to answer the request, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and comply with law.

07 / Children

Not directed to children

ONE Private Asset Vault is a general asset-organization tool and is not directed to children. The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children through an account, advertising system, analytics service, or developer-operated server.

08 / Your choices

Access and control

You can view, edit, and delete asset records directly in the App. You can enable or disable screenshot protection in Settings. You may erase all App data using Android’s application settings or by uninstalling the App.

Because vault information is not transmitted to us, we cannot retrieve, edit, export, or delete that local information on your behalf. For questions about information you voluntarily sent through support, contact us using the details below.

09 / Changes

Updates to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, our practices, or applicable requirements change. We will post the revised policy at this location and update the effective date. If a future version adds data collection or sharing, the policy and the Google Play Data safety declaration must be updated before that version is distributed.
